Security
- Security is on the premises at all times, with 24-hour surveillance.
- The building and its ballrooms will be secured and locked every night on closing, following the security sweep of the room.
- During show hours, security is on-site.
- It is an exhibitor’s responsibility not to leave their booth unattended and open to theft.
Soliciting
- All forms of soliciting/distribution of samples or literature (promotions, business cards, informative pieces) for every business must be confined to your allocated exhibiting space only.
- Soliciting/distribution of samples or literature is not permitted in aisles, in CWS entrance/exit, in other exhibitors’ booths or on the premises of the event (parking area, bathrooms, etc) without CWS authorization.
- No exhibitor may solicit a third-party company/person (promotions, business cards, informative pieces) without authorized permission by CWS.
