Booth Display & Restrictions

8’ high draped back wall
3’ high side walls (removable for corner booths)
Maximum height for the back of an exhibitor’s display (including signage) is 8′ high

All exhibitor’s materials and personnel must be within their allocated exhibit space that was agreed on.
Exhibitors shall not attach any displays to building’s walls, structural supports or flooring by the use of pins, nails, screws, or any other means.
Exhibitors are prohibited to suspend any displays from the ceilings or rafters.
Exhibitors are required to have at least one representative present at their booths during the operating hours of the show.
Aisle space may not be used for exhibit purposes or for general solicitation of business. Distribution of literature or other exhibit material is only permitted within your exhibit area.
Audio & visual devices are permitted at the show, however their interference with surrounding exhibitors is prohibited.
No exhibitor may have any portion of their booth for promotion of a third-party company/person without authorized permission by CWS.
